On mobile, all flash pages have unnecessary black bars that don't seem to be doing anything other than be dead space. If you look on similar sites that also use ruffle like MSPA To Go, the black bars aren't there and nothing is obscured, so it seems to be a mistake on this website's part. Interestingly the black bars seem to part of the flash, so it might have something to do with how ruffle is configured, or how the layout interacts with ruffle.
