[Mobile] scrolling down is impaired on page 5760

Hi, on page 5760 there is a huge animation of a clock that takes up the whole page. It is not possible to scroll down while touching that image. You can only scroll down when touching the background or text. This makes it so that you can't go to the next page if you scroll down a little because the animation takes up the entire page making you unable to scroll at all.

In theory this is a planned feature request on Ruffle's end, but in the meantime we'll mull on how to make the long flashes scrollable on mobile without affecting format.
