On the original site or unofficial mirrors, viewing the log or map, clicking to open a page, then pressing back to go back to the log/map will return you to your previous position. On the new site, you are taken to the top of the page each time.
I prefer the previous behaviour because the log is very long, and I may have scrolled a while to find a particular spot. When I click on it, and then realize I want to check out a page that's ten or so pages away from the page I clicked on, I'd like to press the back button to ho back to the log, be right where I left off, and easily be able to choose a page near to where I tried last time. When it instead brings me to the top of the log, I have to go searching again each time to find the location I want.
This can be worked around by just opening a new tabs for each page I try, but I'd prefer if homestuck.com behaved the way most other sites do by retaining the scroll position.
